Focused on fitness and designed to be social and fun, our classes help Year 9+ kids develop strength, coordination, and confidence.

Forming identity is a key part of adolescence, and our program helps students balance gymnastics with school and other commitments. Classes focus on:

Supporting physical fitness while incorporating muscle- and bone-strengthening activities like jumping, swinging, and lifting

Encouraging goal setting, self-esteem, work ethic, and determination

Creating a positive, supportive environment that nurtures mental well-being
These skills go beyond gymnastics, helping kids become happy, healthy, and confident young adults, all while enjoying a fun and engaging social experiences.
